What we collect

• Your name, phone number, email address and postcode or address, when you complete our quote form or call us.
• Details of the work you are asking about, including anything you type into the description box.
• Technical and usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and advertising click identifiers, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quote - our legitimate interest in dealing with a request you made, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To carry out work you book and keep records of it - performance of our contract with you.
• To meet accounting, tax and insurance obligations - legal obligation.
• To measure and improve our advertising - your consent, given through the cookie choices you make.

Who we share it with

Quote form submissions are sent to our customer management system (GoHighLevel) so we can contact you. GoHighLevel may store data on servers outside the UK, under appropriate safeguards. [CONFIRM] We also use Google services for advertising measurement, which may receive a securely hashed version of your email or phone number to match a conversion. We use hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 24 months. [CONFIRM] Records of completed work and the related financial records are kept for 6 years plus the current tax year, as required by UK law.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. How to ask for your data to be deleted

Email info@fscottroofing.com or call 07886 079316 and tell us the name, phone number and email you used on the quote form. We will delete your details from GoHighLevel and our other records within one month, except where we must keep financial records for completed work by law, and confirm to you once it is done.

Marketing

We contact you about your enquiry by phone, text or email. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
